I need a good throttle position sensor for an 89 Camaro with TBI if anyone has one lying around. None of my local parts stores has them.

I just realized I was assuming your year used the same non-adjustable ones that mine does. After researching a bit it looks like I may have been in error. If so, I apologize, and didn't mean to slow down your process, Henry

 

I dont have the one that came off of it (PO removed for some reason) so I dont know if its adjustable or not.

 

Is the connector that plugs into it still there? What does it look like? Kind of flat,with three in a row pins or a little round plug with three pins?

 

All the parts store websites I've checked show the 89 to be the adjustable one, providing your car has original equipment. Send me your email and I'll send pics to clear this up for you

 

Okay, maybe it's not the adjustable one, but it definitely looks like a different mounting one than what I have. Sorry again, I may still be able to help you out with the correct one, but it would still be used and I'm sure you could get a correct replacement one from a number of vendors listed on this site

 

Send me a pic ok where it mounts I may have one. Is the 91 and the 89 have the same throttle body
