Power Steering Feed Hose w/ Idle-Up Sensor
I've got a '91 Firebird Formula with the Performance Handling package. This included a power steering feed hose with an idle-up sensor. It has since been discontinued by GM. The original part number, 26004125, returns no results with any search engine and manual searches have turned up nothing. ThirdGen F-Body shops like Youngs, Hawks and YearOne either don't have the part anymore, or any old ones they have lying around are dry-rotted and useless. I realize I could simply use a regular hose, but why. The sensor is there for a reason and with the big tires that are on this car, it'll most likely need it.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

No real rush at the moment. The engine's in pieces as I'm putting on some nice Patriot Heads, Lunati self-aligners and maybe some new pushrods. Though I might wait on them as I wanna do a cam job, too but if I'm pulling the radiator and fan to do that I might as well get the money to replace those, too...
This car has been fun... -.- Like a suppository wisdom-tooth remover.

I have a non plastic 3 core stock size radiator if you are interested as well. I set an alarm on my phone to check for the hose but I was knee deep in diapers when it went off last night.

I'm still looking for this. Does it even exist or am I just nuts...
Since I had the computer system completely re-tuned and the curb-idle speed dialed up some, would it even be necessary to use this particular hose?
Could I, in essence, just use a regular feed-line hose and to hell with the sensor?

Re: Power Steering Feed Hose w/ Idle-Up Sensor
I'm going to have to post some pictures. I swear the internet does not believe this thing exists. I can't even find pictures of one anywhere on the internet. This damn thing just flat out doesn't exist on any other car. I have no idea how it came to be here or why but I think I'm just going to rip it out and put in a regular pressure hose.
I'll mess with it later and send ya'll pictures for pure exposure to prove I'm not crazy.
I still have to strip the shortblock and see what the hell's dragging my crank and pulling the engine to a stop. Damnable bearings. -_-

Check out the link below...This page says AC Delco 36-359030 supersedes your part number hose and has a big pic so that maybe you can see if it may be the one you're looking for...
