Update: found an intake on Craigslist
Anybody have a TPI base (Edelbrock or SPDC) for Vortec heads? If so, let me know how much you want for it!

I have a Vortec combo. I have a set of built ported vortecs. The rocker studs have to be cut down for the camaro. I have all new Manley springs retainers. The base manifold has been mild ported as a port match. Im looking for 1,000 for the vortec combo. There the jbest Gm Vortec out there.

Was the intake just drilled for the different bolt holes, or was material added above the ports so that the vortec intake port shape could be properly formed on the intake?

bump back to the first page. Motor is coming out of the IROC in the next couple weeks, and shortly after that I'll be needing the intake. I'll buy new if I have to, but if anybody has something used at the right price, please let me know!
