The same thing your friend Doctor Jones wanted. Fortune, and glory.
Mystical properties aside... When life gives you lemons... Had leftover parts, and picked up an extra set of bargain bin calipers last week. Figure if I can find a few missing pieces, I can put parts into service instead of just sitting on my shelf.

Is there a new parking brake cable available? Like rock auto, etc?
The cables aren't a problem, it's the brackets. Even the loaded calipers they usually expect you to reuse the brackets from your old calipers. Becomes a problem when you're upgrading from drums.
Thanks for the link. Couldn't find them on his page when I looked the other day. I'll keep him in mind as a last resort. Historically it's been difficult to reach Ed, but orders usually show up. Part of the reason I have extra 1LE brake parts, is because I hadn't heard back on my FlynBye order for so long, I ended up ordering the parts from another vendor.

I actually tried to order them a few years ago and he cancelled the order. I think he is out of those parts, unless he was getting them from a supplier that does remans.
I'd like to glom onto your thread too, I could use some of those parts if Dyno Don has any left after you get what you need.
It's looking like I'll probably have to buy another set of calipers to get the carriers for the front calipers. There are some remanned rears that come with the brackets. So there are options, but it seems like the period correct parts are getting hard to come by. I might just throw these calipers on the shelf and forget about converting the other car. Hardly worth the trouble anymore.
Don't know if you found a buyer for those, but if you still have them I'm interested as I have almost exact same situation except I'm upgrading from iron calipers. I need the parking brake brackets and return springs. How much shipped to 85037.

I sent him a PM the day he replied to the thread. No reply. I tried again a few weeks later. I never received a reply.
I'm still looking for the parts to finish this set.

Just sold front and rears, but were complete with calipers, but, just wondering, have you checked the vette suppliers? The front carriers are the same as the late 80's vette that had this caliper and some of the parts outlets I've seen sell the caliper bracket separate.... sorry can't help you with the rears.
The Corvette carriers are different. The F-body version has the curved relief to clear the hub of the rotor, vs the Y-body carrier being straight.
There isn't much reason to run these brake setups anymore. The parts support is virtually gone now. I found these calipers for a song, and figured if I could find a few pieces I could take advantage, if not I'll just throw them on the shelf for future spares.
