Clutch master/Brake Booster metal support plate

My understanding is that 5 speed cars came with a plate that mounted between the firewall the clutch master cylinder and brake booster, to help the fire wall from flexing. Anyone have one of these? I'm looking for one. Even if you don't have one for sale, if you have a picture, I wouldn't mind seeing it if you would post a pic.

thanks,
Chris

I know exactly what you are needing, and I have cut them out and sold several. Unfortunately I don't have one at the moment.

Re: Clutch master/Brake Booster metal support plate

For my car I made one that covered that area. while I sure it helped it still flexes... I plan on making a "bumper" to go from the STB to lightly touch the nose of the master cyl.

It's really easy to get a piece of steel and just cut one out.
