Holley street dominator intake #300-36

Anyone have one of these laying around, they have been out of production for a while. Looking to see what’s out there. This is the one I’m looking for, not interested in any other manifold or one with spreadbore flange.

Re: Holley street dominator intake #300-36

Ah, Holley's copy of the original 302 DZ manifold, and I have one on my 302.
That is a great manifold but the design has been refined over the years.
The Edelbrock Performer RPM will flow much better and give a more uniform mixture to each cylinder.

Re: Holley street dominator intake #300-36

I'm going more for the look of the intake, more for appearance than trying to get the absolute best out of a manifold

I'm not trying to change your mind, but have you looked at the Weiand Stealth 8016?
WEIAND STEALTH 8016 INTAKE SBC - $60 (Grand ledge) | Auto Parts Sale | Lansing, MI | Shoppok

BTW, the300-36 picture you posted above is the later Made-in-China version.
The original was called CONTENDER.

Re: Holley street dominator intake #300-36

I have looked at many different intakes, but I’m really after the almost “factory” appearance of the Holley intake. I am aware the original was marketed as the “contender”, also marketed as “street dominator” (pic I posted) and also “dominator II”. Any of those would work for me. Trying to keep the stock LT1 appearance without the crazy price tag of the actual LT1 intake.

No, I just had the time to do some searching for you. That ad might be outdated, maybe not.
But that intake looks to be in great shape and the right price.

I did end up getting one, but wouldn’t mind having a spare. What are you looking to get for it? Any pics?

It is in perfect condition and has been on a shelf since 1991. All of the threads are good and no pitting. It was just media blasted. I’m asking $250 plus shipping. If your not interested I’m going to post it on eBay for $350

It does look great, but it’s a little more than I wanna spend for something that would just be on the shelf. Not that it isn’t worth your asking price, trust me I know how good they are and how hard they are to find. I just simply don’t “need” it since I found one and is currently on my engine. Thank you for reaching out with the offer though!!!
