I am looking for a complete air cleaner for an 89 Formula with TPI. I do not need the ducts. Thanks in advance! I am located in southern WV..

Thanks for your response. My car has an aftermarket air box, SLP?.,so I don't have a picture of the original air cleaner assembly. I found a listing on Ebay, this looks like the base and I also need the air cleaner assembly that bolts on top of this piece.

I'm pretty sure I've got a K&N and maybe the bracket,...... (bracket might not be too pretty). Not sure if the 'cans' I have are the V6 or V8 style. I'm guessing that you have the 2 ducts and don't need a MAF,.... I'll look for the MAF bracket but don't think I've got that.

** NEED the canister ??

 

The only part I can offer is the K&N filter. I found a couple 'cans' but they were for V6 cars. The only support bracket I found was too rusty/crappy to sell to anyone.

 

If you don’t want that SLP cold air unit someone will likely want it, if it’s in good shape someone will likely make an offer as they are desirable.

It looks like Hawks has a used whole assembly including MAF sensor for sale for $350 OBO…maybe post a want ad in the classifieds here in parts wanted? A few members who deal in used parts check that often.

 

So are you taking the SLP parts out and installing the stock stuff?
