Obviously the 89 doesn't have the stock intake? 89 was the 2nd (? I think) year of the TBI.
Anyway, just unhook, unbolt, label as you do so, and
YOINK!!!!
And I only mean label if you plan on using everything including the TB on the 350. If you plan on keeping it carb, then there's not much use labeling everything. Only label the vacuum lines. That's all you'll need (if you do the needed mods to go from TBI to a carb).

OK, its been 7 years since I pulled the motor out of my '87.
I am sure that I have left a few points out, though:
I pull the tranny with the motor.
1) drop the drive shaft.
2) disconnect the fuel line.
3) disconnect all sensor stuff and label them where they go.
4) remove distributor, after setting engine @TDC.
5) remove tranny brace and place hydraulic jack under end of tranny laying in fore/aft direction.
6) disconnect exhaust (maybe at collectors).
7) drain radiator and remove radiator (do this second).
8) disconnect battery leads (do this first).
9) disconnect starter leads at starter.
10) pull out motor mount bolts.
11) hook up chain to pull motor/tranny, I use a ground bolt on back side of pass side head and an accesary bolt on front of driver head. pick a link a little closer to back of engine than at center of chain due to weight of tranny.
12) lift out with cherry picker. As you slowly lift engine, move engine forward & out, allow the tranny to drag along the floor supported by the hydraulic jack on wheels.
Pulling the tranny with the motor will pay dividends when you re-install engine, its very difficult to align motor on the tranny pins when re-installing.
Anywhy, I hope this helps. Do a search on this matter, I've answered this before.
