Nedd help with valve spring retainer cap???
Ok, ive got my vortex heads, and my 1.6 roller rockers, with new springs, shims, retainer cap things, now it came with two different types, the first one has a big hole in it, dips down on top, very light weight, and doesnt extend down ward much --___--
. ---
Kinda like that, the second one is very flat across the top, the hole is smaller, but dips down more
. ---------
. -----
. ---
Ok, now the one that came with it, Extends up a little, then down a little, but it doesnt seem to cover the whole head of the new spring
. ----
. --------
. ----
I dont know if this makes sence to anyone, but which should i use? Should i just use the original? Or should i use one of the other two? The first one i described doesnt look like it would even work, but what is it used for?

You should absolutely not use the ones that came on the heads, if they're stock Vortec heads.
IF you bought a kit with springs & retainers & keepers all together, use those.
Other than that, it's impossible to tell more from your description.
If you end up with more than .450" of valve lift with your cam and the 1.6 rockers, check the clearance from the bottom of teh retainer to the top of the valve guide when the valve is fully open. Those heads in stock form do not allow much more lift than that; and if the retainers hit the guides, you will have major valve train failure such as bent or broken push rods, pulled-out rockers studs, wiped-out cam lobes, etc.
