aldl?

Does anybody know what "aldl" is on the lt1 engines? it came on my painless wiring harness and I need to figure out if I can get it from a donor car, what it is, and where it is

Assembly Line Diagnostic Lead.... it's the thing you stick a paper clip in to check codes, or plug in a computer

Axle/Gears: 3.23

It would be a good thing too hook up. Then you can program your comp through that assuming it is newer than 93.
