2.8 to 3.4
I just came from fbody.com. A few of you have urged me to come over for help. Seems like your willing to help and not get me to go to a V8.
What will I need to change? If I buy a long block can I use my EFI setup? What all will ened to go into this swap? Also, are there any super chargers for 3.4 motors?

Look in the Technical Articals section for an artical about "The 2.8 to 3.4 swap boogie". You should find answers to a lot of your questions in that artical. I believe that you keep your same EFI setup, but you'll need the 3.4 fuel injectors. I'm planning on putting a 3.4 into my 84' Firebird after i'm done with college.
If you have more questions after reading the article you should be able to catch KED85 in the V6 Forum, he wrote that artical. Several other people in the V6 Forum have also done the swap.
