Head and Gear suggestions

I finally finished building my 350 and I just wanted to see what some of you think I should do to finish off the car. Ok so heres my setup so far.
4 Bolt 350 bored .030 over
Flat Top Pistons
Summit Stage 2 Rods
234* duration, .488intake/exhaust lift cam
"081" Heads, Mildly ported
Edelbrock Performer Intake (I know it sucks, just happened to already have it)
Holley Street Avenger Carb
Hooker Headers
3" Flowmaster Cat-Back
Open Element Air Cleaner
Ummm...I think thats it.
So I want to buy some Vortec heads with an Air Gap intake. Price is a factor here but does that sound good? Also should I run 3.73 or 4.10 gears. I have a 5-speed. Street driven during the week and track duty on the weekends. What do you think?

Vortecs are good heads for the money. You'll have to get them with the spring upgrade for that cam, and you should do at least a basic port/polish on them (at least to get rid of the rough edges and casting flash). For a street driven car (more than a couple days a week) I'd go with 3.73's, but it was no more than a couple days a week, I'd spring for the 4.10's. Some people will say differently, but that's my opinion.
