my friend is swapping out his tpi setup for a carb and wants to know if he can keep the cruise control. i searched and read that if you keep the ecm in the car that it will still function. my question is what wires going to the ecm have to be kept...can all the wires not used for the cruise control be clipped at the connector by the ecu? he says he doesnt care about cutting up the harness so thats not an issue.
