I have never pulled a TPI Motor or any fuel injected motor out of a car before so I was wondering where do you pull it from to get it out of the car? Can you use a engine lift plate like you would bolt to the intake on a carbed engine or do you need a special plate or do you hook chains somewhere? The engine I want to pull is a 350 TPI out of a 88 formula and I would like to get the trans out still attached to the motor.

 

Get a chain with the proper weight rating first. Then, put a bolt through a link in the chain and put in in the accessory holes in the heads. I used the front of the drivers side head and back of the passenger side head.
