It will not produce anywhere near the HP with TPI as it will if built as it is advertised.
It will require the SDPC Vortec TPI base, since the Fast Burn heads have their intake ports in the Vortec (raised) location. You could drill holes in your existing intake and make it bolt up, maybe; but it might not even completely cover the ports in the heads, and certainly wouldn't flow near what the heads are capable of.
With that base, a good bit of the restriction in TPI is opened up. You could probably get it to within 50 HP or so of what you could get using a carb with an otherwise identical setup (same CID, cam & exhaust).
AFAIK that motor in the pic is long discontinued, although the parts to mostly clone it are all available.

Is that base really that good? Becuase I was thinking about the 350 HO for my car with that baseplate. Could that really bring the power up that much over the stock style TPI base?

Stealth RAM, Mini RAM, and Super RAM setups eliminate many of the bottlenecks of TPI. I am sure they can feed that beast while allowing you to exceed carb horsepower numbers.

I would not use a stock TPI unit but at least the ACCEL superram or miniram like sorg mentioned.
Another thing to think of...I hope you get a 12 bolt or 9" ford and a upgraded tranny or you will be breaking them very soon after you get the engine in. That is a lot of HP and torque and if you get the right set of tires on it that will hook up good...BOOM.

I think that with the SDPC base and the largest runners you can buy and major porting work on the upper that you could get the advertised HP with TPI. I will take some time though to do a good job porting the upper.
