88 305 TPI swap to 91 350 TPI
If I swap a 91 350 TPI in place of my 88 305 TPI - can I just reuse my stock wiring harness and MAF sensor? I know I would change the computer as well, but would everything else hook up?

the wiring harness and maf will be fine, thing you will need to replace is a 350 Knock Sensor, get some 22lb injectors the 305 uses 19lb, I personally went to 24lb
and a new prom for the 350
I also notice you said a 91 TPI, that you would be doing some wiring changes because 90-92 was speed density, not mass air flow

If you're gettin the complete motor off that 91, I'm pretty sure that you can use that same harness and maf sensor. Just get a new chip burned or even a computer out of an 88 350. I wonder how it would run if you just hooked it up to the 305's computer? I'm doing almost the same exact swap so i'd like to know.
O yeah! Don't forget about the cold start injector. You'll probably want a computer out of an 89 L98. That's when they had you're same harness and the 89's also didn't have that cold start injector, just like you're 91 motor.
