VSS for a TH350-C

Hey, this is a repost from the TPI board, but I thought someone in here might be able to assist me as well.

Im swapping a TPI from an 87 Vette into my car, and I have a TH350-C... I read somewhere that the VSS from a 700r4 would swap right into my TH350-C.

Im also repinning the harness to work with a 90-91 vette computer so I can run the speed density setup.

If anyone has any idea as to what VSS I would need for the swap, id appreciate the assistance..Thanks

If you mentioned what car you want to put this in it would help. The VSS most likely will fit, but it may not have a speedo drive and you may or may not need a speedo drive.

Its going into my 81 monte carlo, Im not worried about the speedo drive, as the speedo isnt working right now. I just want to make sure the computer is happy, and doesnt give me a problem
