no its not, its an performer rpm intake, yeah i try to keep it clean so i can bring it to the local car show and show it off, well you have to keep ac if you dont have t-tops it sure does get hot in the summer in camaros

383 stroker just went in last week. waiting to put headers on and make a scoop so i can put the carb on.

i think those can be bought through SDPC, or any other chevy dealership.

Mine's too ugly right now, but I got a shot of the L69 shortblock after a little prettyfying... still has all the old parts though (look how loose the chain is, lol)

Opinions... what do you think these valve covers would look like on a 3rdgen? I think they'd look cool.

the bay was painted at the same time that the rest of the car was....and yet it still is a PITA to keep it looking clean

MCas7, aren't those made by Proform? If so, they're the polished aluminum ones, right? Whats the matter with them, does the aluminum stain easily? I was just fantasizing about them about them a half hour ago in the SDPC catalog. Thanks for the heads up if they go to crap after a couple of months.
Yes, I believe Proform makes them. I think I got mine from SDPC too. Yes they are polished aluminum and they go to crap very quickly if you don't polish them all the time. Now I"m not saying that I don't clean my car, but that is a little bit too much maitenance for me.

mine dont look bad, still really shiney....but i do plan on buying some zoop seal when i get some aluminum rims. i've seen the stuff used before on some parts on it really makes parts look awesome. but i cant justify spending the money right now for a few small parts that are easy to keep clean right now
