Hey Kross,
I would love to see a pic of the 455 installed in your Iroc
I planning to put a 400 in mine and would like to get an idea what it would look like.

where do i start... lol. it ia a 1970 455 with a holley 750 double pumper, edelbrock performer rpm intake, 1.6:1 roller rockers, hydraulic flat tappet lifters, crane cams (284ºDuration @ .050: 228°Lobe Separation: 112°Gross Lift: .480''RPM Range: 2800-6200), the heads are stock, they have surfaced (.010") the block is bored .030" over and has been surfaced .010". the pistons are aluminum (domed), gives me aprox 12:1 compression.the whole unit has been balanced. arp studs all around. 4-bolt mains. the trans is a 1977 turbo 350. b&m 2400 stall and shift kit. racing clutches, racing sprague gears, kevlar bands. the rearend is stock with a limited slip 3.24 gear. i cruise at 75 @2800rpm. get about 9 mpg. dont know exacty how fast it is .... but it'll put you back in the seat.
