Welcome aboard.
Since he was easy on you, I'll break you in: Do a search :-P
I'd help out but I'm not certain what you have on hand as far as the engine itself and whatnot, but I KNOW that this has been talked about before. Like above, TTA engine.

For a few details on the 3.8 swap, take a look at the FAQ:

3rd question under the Engine/Induction/Exhaust section.
Don't know about the 4.3....

I don't know too much about the tech stuff, but as far as I know, the 3.8 is a 60 degree engine------I know the 2.8 and 3.1 are. The 4.3 is a 90 degree engine. Neither of these are compatible, but each has it's own factory GM turbo system. Keep posting and searching around. And if you have the $$$$$$$$, have fun.

the 3.8 and newer 3800 series motors are 90* engines, the 3800 Series have the 60* bell housing bolt pattern like the 2.8~3.4.

The 3.8 (and 3800, etc.) is a Buick V6. The Buick V6 has been 90 degree since the early 60's. The tooling and rights were sold to AMC for the Jeep line for awhile, but Buick bought it back when the "energy crisis" hit in the 70's.
The bell housing pattern has changed a few times over the years, though. Like before & after AMC.

the 3.8 is a 90* motor
it's not that hard of a swap

Not sure about the turbo 4.3 but who cares, why deal with an inferior motor/setup.
