No bolt on problems, but you will have issues with the smaller valves in the 305 head. That and the 305 head has 58cc chambers. It will give a good bump in compression, may cause problems unless you get it dialed in just right.

3rd gen 305 valves were 1.84" intake and 1.50" exhaust. Some previous versions were smaller.
3rd gen 350 valves were 1.94" and 1.50". Over the years, 350's have had 1.72" to 2.02" intakes, and up to 1.60" exhaust from the factory.

not to much of a differance in the intake would that make least ponies and toruqe? if so I might have to break into my piggy bank and spring for 350 ? I have other head lying around what the best way to seen if they are for 350s
