Yes.Now,what year Impala?It's possible to bolt any 350 in,making everything else work can be a different story.For example,if it's an LT-1 from a late model,theres extensive work involved.

If it's an early 350,there can be several hassles to make your fuel injection jive with the rest of the engine.

Yes, that will be a direct bolt in, assuming you already have a V8.

'63? How sure are you this is a 350? The 350 didn't come around untill 1967, and wasn't used commonly untill 1969 and after...

Any 350 will drop in, but to put a pre-87 engine in your car, you'll need to work out something with the dipstick, as its on the opposite side from the '80+ engines, and interferes with stock exhaust manifolds. Also, before '86 had a 2pc rear main seal, which uses a different flexplate/flywheel.

For postarity, the 55-56 SBC will not bolt in because it uses a front mount instead of the standard side mounts. Other than that, all engine mounts and trans bellhousing patterns are interchangable up until the LSx series motors.

i dont know about the engine mounts, but the trans bellhousing will bolt up ok on the LSx engines
