Assuming it's an automatic, no.

If it's manual, only with a V8 bellhousing, and a clutch disk that fits the small spline (read: weak) input shaft.

The V6 and V8 disk and pressure plates are not the same size. From what I understand, you cannot mount a V6 pressure plate on a V8 flywheel. You can use the smaller V6 disk with the larger V8 pressure plate, but it's not ideal.

More has been discussed on this topic on the Transmission forum, but I understand an S10 disk with the same number of splines as the f-body V6 tranny but with a larger diameter disk is available to make it a little better.

But, the V6 T5 is inherently weak, so considering using it behind a V8 is a recipe for breakage.
