Hi i made the swap about two years ago to tbi from carb then i switched up to tpi and changed the fuel pump again,, i basically picked up the engine and hareness all sensors and relays and dropped them in my car.
But now my fuel pump will not shut off when i turn on the key, it will start and run the car but i think it's supposed to fuel prime and stop. If you have any suggestions please leave me a message or email me joshuasmith580@comcast.net

Sounds like a stuck relay. Swap out your fuel pump relay and see if it fixes it.

 

I have already bought two and it has not fixed it, i wondered if it's the fuel pump wire that run to the aldl connector, it may have gotten crossed up because this car was originally carbed
