3.1 to 3.8 swap?
has anyone done this? Would it be worth it to swap the engines, or should i just go v8. kinda leaning toward the 3.8 cause the v8 ways so much, how much much more power could i put into a 3.8 with p/p intake, heads etc. cam, bore/stoke and stuff?

A V6 really can't compete with a V8 in our cars unless it's forced induction. If you're dedicated to a V6, there are some guys in the V6 forum who are doing quite well.
There are quite a few guys here who have done the turbo Buick 3.8 swap. They all seem to be happy with it. Remember the Turbo Trans Am?
Anyway, welcome to the forum!

Re: 3.1 to 3.8 swap?
i'd rather not go turbo, it would jus make me feel like like a *****. if i go v8, would i be better off getting a 350 thats related to the camaro firedbird family, if you no what i mean, or just get any 350. also what would be better... fule injection or going carb. i would like to go carb so i wouldnt have to worry about to much wiring but i know they wont put out as much power as the fule in jecteed engines.
