305 bbl to vette 350 HELP
Somebody please help me, i have a opputunity to put a 1987 Vette motor in my 1987 trans am with 305 bbl. Can this be done it has the computer and all necessary components to swap but my question pertains to all the accesories, namely the ac components and steering column will it all fit and will all the brackets from the trans am transfer. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

The Vette engine will be TPI. You can put the TPI in your car, but you will need to put in a different in-tank electric fuel pump. It might be easier to put your carb stuff on the Vette engine.
Use the accessories and all brackets from your 'Bird. And the oil pan and oil pump.

Thank you very much for the advice, just so i know basically everything else should bolt right back on from the trans am right? If you have any other advice pertaining to this type of swap i would really appreciate it. In your opinion is it worth doing? Thanks-ROB-rftransam@live.com
