2.8 to 5.7

I am new to camaros and i have a 2.8 rs and a 5.7 iroc. the iroc has some rust and the tranny is out but i want to swap the engine to the rs. i like the rs more because its the first camaro i bought so i want to keep it plus i dont like the t tops. do any of you guys think this is a fair deal?
i want to have some one do the swap for me (because im not that good of a mechanic, still learning) and i will give them the iroc shell and the engine from the rs plus any extra parts that i dont need.
thanks in advance.

I would suggest you figure out a way to make sure they also swap the springs, steering box, and anti-roll bars.

It can be pretty hard to tell which springs, bars and box you end up with. The best way is to measure and record the diameters of the coils and the bars. The box, get an engraver, a cheap $15 one will do, and engrave the engine size in the box and the cover of each box.
