383 motor help

383 motor help

ok i found this motor online its a 383 cleaned, line hone, bore, hone, install cam bearings, expansion plugs and assembled. the parts included are listed below and also i want to kep this tpi so far i have a ported plenum,52mm throttle body, slp runners,edelbrock base, afpr,24lbs injectors, and a magnaflow what else would it take to get this motor in my car running correct


383 Stroker:
  • Patroit Freedom Alum. Cylinder Heads
  • 2.02 SS intake valves, 1.60 SS exhaust valves.
  • Screw in studs. 64cc chamber, 188cc intake volume
  • Bronze valve guides

It's a fairly mild cam, so what you have might support it.

A Holley/Weiand Stealth Ram would be the better choice.

Not that it makes that much difference, but I assume the listed cam lift is with 1.5:1 rockers.
