Accesories from V6 to V8
Accesories from V6 to V8
what accesories if any will swap from the V6(2.8) to a V8(5.7)?
I assume I would have to change the brackets but is their a difference between the alternator and ac? power steering pump?

alternator, PS pump, and AC should all be the same. i'm guessing the brackets would be differant since it's a 60*v6 to a 90* v8, but i'm not sure.

I don't know about the AC, but the rest of the brackets are different.
I had to change the power steering pump when I swapped the 305 for the original V6 in my 83 SC, as one of the lines was spot-welded to the side of the reservoir on the V6 unit and was in the way of the V8 bracket. I used the pump from the 84Z which 'donated' it's engine. The alternator itself will fit although the pulley may need to be changed.
