dual TBI or carb

Okay, I just thought that since the zz4 and 330hp vortec 350 both were rated using a 750cfm carb then I would want near 750cfm to come up with those kinds of numbers. Now I know holley makes the 670cfm unit but what about using 2 stock ~400cfm TBs? I was just thinking if it could be hooked up then I could save the money on from the holley to spend it on the the extra stock unit and dual intake manifold w/adaptor plates. I'm really curious if it's as easy as it seems with hooking up the vac lines and just splice in the injector wires so 2 fire at a time. I'm thinking the only hard part is going to get the thing to clear under the hood and the actual TV cable hook up. What do you guys think?
