What is the best buy engine swap or build up

Ok here is where I'm at right now. I have a stock 91 305 TPI, now I want to hit bottom 13's this summer. What is the BEST way to go for the money?

Stay 305 with a wicked build up (don't see this being a smart route)

Go with the good old 350 swap with cam, runners, heads, etc

Get a short block 383 then tranfer tpi over to it with aftermarket heads, fuel inj., etc

I really want to keep it TPI, unless it causes a HUGE set back. But I believe it can be done.

So let me know what you think, or list any other ideas. I'd love to hear from anyone who has a TPI third gen in the high 12's or low 13's, that could help me on what they did, and money needed. Thanks all!!!!
