What's cheaper???

Im caught in the dilema of what to do. I want an L98 but I want to keep the manual tranny.

Whats cheaper to do a manual tranny swap into auto?

Or L98 to my RS?

Im either going to buy an L98 and swap it inot my car or buy a 90-92 L98 then swap a
Manual tranny

It depends on how much you can find a motor or a tranny for, With the motor you will need the computer and wiring harness, with the trans you will need the pedals, tranny clutches, bellhouseing, shifter and some other little stuff. And you may need to change the chip. The motor swap may also need a better fuel pump. I say the tranny swap would be cheaper. I did it my self and it was a easy.
