88 350 tpi swap please answer

i have a 88 305tpi 5-speed and am currently getting a 1989 350tpi rebuilt for the car. i have a 88 350tpi computer, 350 knock sensor. will the motor just plug in or is there other things i need to change.??

Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89

You will need the TPI harness.
