The T5 and 700R4 are completely different animals, you'll need to find an F body 700R4 tailshaft housing to mount the torque arm. The holes for the motor mounts are already drilled in the K member in the right location for a V8, you'll just need to move the mounts.

I don't know, classifieds, craigslist, ebay, word-of-mouth...

Don't forget you'll have to put a transmission cooler in too, and you'll need to fill in the gaping hole under the console where the T5 shifter comes through so that you can mount the automatic shifter.

The subframe is welded in, you can't take it out. To get the engine out from the bottom, you'd have to take apart the front suspension, disconnect the brake lines, unbolt the K member, and then lift the car up off of it.

The subframe is welded in a fourthgen too, you took out the K member. The fourthgens are a different matter, you pull the engine out from the bottom because the windshield comes so far forward, but they at least have a conventional double A-arm front suspension that you don't have to take apart like you do with the thirdgen's modified macpherson strut.
