Axle/Gears: 2.73
Swapping heads?
Ok just wonderng can I take the heads off my 84 vette and put them into a LT1, both engines need to be rebuilt but the LT1 has flooded heads so they need to be replaced, Or will they not work...

I'm not asking if it will solve the problem I just want to know if the heads will fit....

What do you mean by "flooded heads" and why cant they be rebuilt with the engine?
Rebuild the LT1s and if for some reason they're toast, buy a cheap set of used heads to get cleaned up. Do a search for LT1 heads on a SBC and youll see how much is required to get them to work. The reverse is true to put the TPI heads on the LT1. Why would you want to anyways? 84 C4 means crappy irons
