v8 cluster for v6 cluster...

Long story short I got screwed by some jackwagon on ebay, and now have a v8 tach cluster which is pointless since I bought almost solely for the tach, it has real gauges and an 85 mph mechanical speedo, would like to do an even trade for a v6 cluster with a tach, real gauges and mechanical speedo. Pm me if interested.

Re: v8 cluster for v6 cluster...

I have a similar problem, though I bought a v8 cluster knowingly because it had a good trip odometer. I'm acutally thinking about installing the v8 tach to replace my V6 tach that reads high. The v8 tach will read 33% lower than a functional v6 tach is both are in perfect working order, but when the tachs get old they start to read high, so who knows, the V8 tach may end up being a lot closer than what I have now

you never know... besides, if it read a perfect 33% lower than normal, I can then sell the v8 tach as "tested, working perfect" how many tach ads do you see that can say that? I could probably get a nice amount for it here or on ebay

Should you be interested in repairing the trip, check the following link:
