383 head gasket
Im looking for good head gaskets for this combo: AFR 210, summit 383 block, xfi292 cam, trying to keep the CR around 11:1 http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ESP-B12111030/

You really should take your quench distance into account, that will help you make a decision on the head gasket thickness.

If you do a search for "quench" lots of info will come up. Ideally you want approx. .040 or so between the bottom of your heads to the top of your pistons.
