IN NEED OF DESPERATE HELP PLEASEE!

hey guys im back again im wokring on the 87' the infamous 90 iroc is finally done, anywho i pulled the ratted 305 out of the car everything went fine, i unbolted the tranny and bolted it up to my lt1 350 i just got done with. i drop it in which took very little effort slid the motor mount bolts in pullled the hoist out and braced the transmission, i stepped back and found my motor is sitting wayyy to the right so much so the trans tail is almost hitting the passenger side of the trans tunnel, the motor mounts on the chassis were reused from the 305 it did not sit crooked at all, i have no clue whats happening and i have to have the car done by next weekend for my college drag race event, my final one cause im graduating! please any help would be appreciated

Re: IN NEED OF DESPERATE HELP PLEASEE!

Would reversing the brackets make a difference?

Re: IN NEED OF DESPERATE HELP PLEASEE!

You should be using the original brackets from the car. Not all motor mount brackets are created equal, and they are specific to each side.
