Yup, bolt right up.
However, this is probably in the class of things where just because it can be done, doesn't automatically guarantee that it should be, or that it's "A Good Idea".
The heads on the 305 have very small chambers and very small valves. What you will end up with is a VERY high-compression motor that probably won't run anywhere near right on pump gas, and its performance will be VERY poor at any RPM higher than 2500 or so due to the restriction of the tiny valves. Altogether not a good combination.
What are you REALLY trying to accomplish? Rather than answer a vague yes/no kind of question, maybe we can offer constructive suggestions to help you get from point B, wherever that is that you are now, to point A, which is wherever you wish you were whenever you get done doing whatever you end up doing.
