Transmission: 700R4
383 swap, tranny?
What is everyone else using for the transmissions for similar swaps? I was looking into the T56 but not sure how well everything will match up and work. Anyone else have any experience doing this? Any help is appreciated!

Interested in answer to your T56 question, too. I know there are other threads on T56 swap, but could use a good general overview, not too long, but including "problems" with the swap. (I'm now off to the transmission forum!)
