Ecu removal 1988 GTA

I have the entire computer unhooked my question is there are around 5 for so wires that lead to the fuse box and I believe they have to do with the a/c. I would just cut them out but I would absolutely love a/c in my street car mostly green wires leading to the fuse box I'll take accurate pictures when I'm home but I simply couldn't wait to hear other people's input that may have done exactly what I have.

Do what now?

The HVAC wiring is all self contained in it's own harness that runs through the firewall under the heater box. If you're talking about the wires from the engine harness to the dash harness, there are a few that run to the diagnostic connector under the driver's side of the dash, and a couple that go to instrument cluster, etc. It's all in the service manual.

I don't have a manual, I've been looking at diagrams. I'm just sorting though the previous owners mess of wires. Would it be safe to just cut everything that goes to teh fuse block? There's only like 5 wires and I believe one goes to the high pressure switch on the A/C lines

Cutting wires that go to the fuse panel isn't a good idea. If power goes through those wires with ignition being on, and it touches metal, it's going to spark. Don't cut anything, unless you know what it does, and you won't need it.

GM Service Manuals run about $40 on Ebay. Whats your car worth? Cheap investment.

The C207 plug may be what you're talking about. The info is on this site. I usually search with Google. Try something like this in the Google search box:
site:thirdgen.org 1988 ECM wires
