I got a 88 iroc that I took out the 305 and putting at 350 tpi and I put in at t56 transmission but I don't know what chip to you in the computer because I try to corvette chip and it won't turn on my car does anybody know what chip I can use

 

Since you can't get a 350 tpi w/ T5 chip you would likely need a 305 w/ t5 chip and modify for a 350, corvette chip may have a security issue depending on year causing the no start

Consider updating the computer to RBob's dynamic EFI territory the flash easy and cheaper swap or the P4 needs some rewiring. However both let you tune the car yourself. And it is not much more than getting a chip. Then you can get the car to run better than it would with a factory chip as you upgrade and hop up your 350... Just something to consider.

The reason I'm asking if all the 350 engines are the same is because I did a swap on my 86 IROC from a 305 to a 350 TPI. The problem that my car has is that when I ram it by pushing the petal to the floor then let go the car tries to turn off although it doesn't. So, I pretty much don't know what the problem is. All the parts are new. Can anyone help me with this particular situation?
