Are they the same and in the same location on the blocks?

Assuming you mean Gen II LT1 and not the current generation. If so, than yes.

Yes, Gen II. It’s in a ‘97 Camaro I picked up for the T56.

Edit: Guess I should explain further. This isn’t for a Third Gen swap. I want to get aftermarket side mounts for a SBC in. ‘36 Ford PU. So many places offer them. They take into account the angles of the front frame rails and the angle in.

Takes all the figuring and work involved.
