Original car VATS with LS1 Swap

I have a 1989 Firebird that had a 2.8 V6 in it with VATS, my question is do I need to do anything with the pass key or anything else? The new engine will be using a 2001 computer and a stand alone harness. I will also be using the stock gauges with the c100 harness and tach and speed from the computer
Thanks Rich

You'll need to bypass the start enable relay, and possibly tune out VATS from the new ecm.

I printed it and now when I try and search I am unable to find it, the title is How To Bypass VATS by quicktrip April 8th 2018

I don't know why but I found it under defeating VATS
