I think the 80 Series is pretty much a 40 with dual outlets.

Yes thats what their website says, but my 3" in dual 2.5" out 80 series is not as loud as a cherrybomb glasspack i had on before. I thought 40 series was supposed to be loud?
when i first got my car i went to the muffler shot right away and got a flowmaster 80 put on and soem nice big tips. I thought it was gonna sound so loud but it was barely louder than stock but i could tell i gained more TQ.
The flowmaster 80 arent that bad. I thought that if i had put 40s it would sound so mean, but all I had to do was gut my cat, and it was music to my hears. It truly brought out the flowmaster sound, with its deep throaty growl.
Plus, the headers helped give it more tone and more aggresive soudn at high rpm. If you would liek to hear my exhaust, its in my sig.
