How much of a problem would this be?

If I install this pipe found here http://www.macperformance.com/macsto...o/cmrohdr.html (all the way at the bottom) is it going to be permanent or will I be able to swap it in and out with the cat for emission testing. What is the best solution in order to have the most flow without running into emission problems, I am thinking a high flo cat but those are a little pricey. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

As long as you just clamped it on, you could probably just switch it out. But I doubt that you would be able to get your original CAT out without damaging it.

it would be cheaper to get a used 3" catco and put a 3" pipe through it.

hell it would be cheaper to get a new catco and put a pipe through it or take off the shields and weld them to a pipe(what i did). that is if it was a universal catco
