Yeah, I thought about it, but ground clearance would suck and you'd have to take out the back seat to make it legal (exhaust must exit behind the rearmost passenger seat). Another idea I had was to actually cut holes in the gfx for the pipes to dump out of (kinda like the new shelby mustangs) but again, there is the back seat issue not to mention some metalworking that would have to be done.
I've thought about this, and i am actually going to do it eventually. As far as the back seat goes, take it out, it's just added weight, i have mine out right now and IMO the car looks better with no rear seat. As far as ground clearence, I don't think that will be too much of a problem, no more than now anyway, i mean lots of cars that are lower than us have sidepipes so i figure it will all work out in the end. I mean i would do some pretty good research if i were you, as far as like look into some oval ones maybe, if you're really concerned about clearance. I know i saw them on a car once, but it might have been a total custom job as i have never seen them advertised for anything. But yea i think it would look very good on these cars. definatly different. besides if you could shoot flames out, then how cool would it be to melt the plastic body kits on the RICERS!!! hehe
