Will 3 inch be a problem????

I have decided against headers sincd no one around will install them, and i dont want to do it myself. I want to keep my flowmaster muffler, but i would like to get a hi flow cat and a catback pipe to the muffler. My exhaust shop in town can only get 3 inch catback pipe..will this be ok? right now i have 2.5 inch. will the 3 inch make my car run poorly, will there be ample back pressure so as not to damage the engine. essentially, will this help or hurt or neither???I also was wondering where i could find a hi flow cat???

3 inch will be fine. in fact its pretty standard upgrade. hi flow cats you can get anywhere, jegs, summit, thunder racing, muscle motors(i think), muffler shop, etc

ask the muffler shop if its mandrel bent....i bet it isnt.

The pipe is mandrel bent. He wants 100 for it, plus 30 to install.
