Dual Cat Conversion to Single Cat

My Iroc-Z currently has the dual cat setup. I'm going to be purchasing SLP 1 5/8" headers w/o AIR tubes for a single cat camaro. Then, Im going to fit a 3" Random Tech Cat to the 3" Y pipe. Finally, I want to buy a catback setup, either the new Flowmaster AT or SLP Cat Back. My problem is that I wonder if I will have any troubles converting to single cat. Any suggestions?

The headers are the same whether you have single cat or dual cat, I think...

Its the y-pipe that is different. I dont think you'll have any trouble.
