I have a Hooker system on my car, and my friend wants to get a cat-back with dual side tail pipes, not just a single, driver's side exit. He wants one other than the Hooker (to be different from me), so what other ones are out there. His car is an 87 Z28 by the way with the 305.

Dynomax and Flowmaster both make mufflers/systems in the crossflow configuration. Not as efficient but IMO they look better.

 

Yea, I agree, the crossflow mufflers don't flow as well but the dual tail pipes look great.
